Uh-Oh, don't tell my ubber conservative parents this...

I've always been what I consider a reasonable hippy. I like to recycle, minimize my trash and carbon footprint and treat nature respectfully. I also like to channel the rockin' 70's hippy style.

I never thought I would be one of those extremist hippies that cries over animals being used for meat or trees being cut down, though. That was until we brought a book home from the library that had the following picture:


And I was offended. No joke. So apparently I'm one step closer to "Meat is Murder" than I ever thought I would be. Just don't ever tell my parents. I'm already too liberal for their taste as it is. This might just send them over the edge :)

I'm right with ya, girl! I think my nieces think I'm crazy because I notice stuff like that and wonder how the trees feel, or talk to them about why it is sad we are losing trees...lol!
